Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production for high-impact commercial and social media campaigns.
- Develop original concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with client brand identities.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and cross-functional creative teams.
- Oversee on-set direction, including talent management and technical crew coordination.
- Direct the post-production workflow, ensuring high-quality editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Stay ahead of emerging visual trends and integrate new production technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze performance data and optimize future content output.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production or commercial cinematography.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual storytelling and high production values.
- Experience managing multi-camera shoots and complex lighting setups.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor junior editors and production assistants.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, or equivalent professional experience.
