Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle for diverse commercial and digital video projects.
- Collaborate with clients to define creative strategy, tone, and visual direction.
- Manage budgets, production schedules, and talent coordination for multiple ongoing projects.
- Direct on-set production crews to ensure high-quality footage and efficient workflow.
- Supervise post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and color correction.
- Mentoring junior production staff and maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Implementing new visual trends and production techniques to keep our content competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in a creative agency or studio setting.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong knowledge of camera hardware, lighting setups, and audio engineering.
- A powerful portfolio demonstrating high-end visual storytelling and technical skill.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of current social media video trends and platform optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or a related creative field.
