Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production process for high-budget commercial and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate brand goals into compelling visual narratives.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and crew scheduling for multiple simultaneous projects.
- Direct on-set production, including lighting, sound, and talent coordination.
- Execute advanced post-production workflows including multi-cam editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Implement feedback cycles to ensure all deliverables meet strict quality and brand standards.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to foster a culture of creative excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in a creative agency or high-growth media environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Deep understanding of production equipment including 4K cinema cameras, lighting rigs, and audio gear.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure deadlines without compromising creative quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related creative field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
