You will be responsible for the end-to-end production lifecycle, from conceptualization and pre-production planning to directing on-set and overseeing the final grade. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from initial concept and scripting to final delivery.
- Direct on-set productions, managing cast, crew, and technical logistics to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with clients to define brand voice and translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain on time and on scope.
- Supervise post-production workflows, including color grading, motion graphics, and sound design oversight.
- Mentor junior videographers and editors, fostering a culture of technical excellence and creative growth.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, equipment, and visual storytelling techniques.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional video production, specifically within commercial or agency environments.
- An impressive portfolio demonstrating mastery in cinematography, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Deep understanding of pre-production processes, including storyboarding, casting, and location scouting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional creative teams.
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of handling multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
