Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for multi-platform distribution (YouTube, Social, Web).
- Collaborate with creative directors to execute visual concepts from pre-production to final delivery.
- Perform color correction, grading, and sound mixing to ensure broadcast-level quality.
- Design and implement custom motion graphics and kinetic typography.
- Manage version control and asset organization within collaborative server environments.
- Mentor junior editors on workflow efficiencies and creative best practices.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in video post-production technology.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and pacing skills.
- Deep understanding of color science, composition, and audio mastering.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience with collaborative workflows (Frame.io, LucidLink, etc.).
- Degree in Film, Digital Media, or equivalent work experience.
