Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for commercial, digital, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with directors and creative leads to refine storytelling pacing and tone.
- Manage the entire post-production workflow, including media management and final exports.
- Execute advanced color grading and sound design to achieve premium aesthetic results.
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to the development of new creative standards.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and brand guidelines.
- Manage tight production deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and visual style.
- Deep understanding of motion graphics and current digital video trends.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience with color correction and audio mixing workflows.
