Based in the heart of Los Angeles, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our video projects, from initial concept development to final color grading.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production for diverse digital campaigns and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and editors to maintain a premium visual brand identity.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and logistical coordination for on-set shoots.
- Direct talent and crews to capture compelling, high-quality footage.
- Oversee post-production workflows, ensuring seamless cuts, sound design, and color correction.
- Develop creative briefs and storyboards for internal stakeholders and high-profile clients.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, equipment, and cutting-edge production techniques.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production or commercial cinematography.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and professional camera equipment (RED, Arri, Blackmagic).
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating creative versatility and high production value.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior editors and production assistants.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, or equivalent professional certification.
