Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of video production, from initial concept and scripting to final color grade.
- Direct on-set production teams, including cinematographers, lighting technicians, and sound engineers.
- Collaborate with agency art directors to ensure brand identity consistency across all visual assets.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to foster a culture of creative excellence.
- Stay current with emerging video trends, software updates, and production technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Manage post-production workflows, including revisions, feedback integration, and delivery specifications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in a creative agency or studio environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling, high-end visual aesthetics, and sound design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience directing talent and managing on-location production crews.
- Deep understanding of cinematography, lighting principles, and modern camera ecosystems (RED, ARRI, Sony Cinema).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
