Are you a visual storyteller with an eye for cinematic excellence? Lumina Creative Studio is seeking a Senior Video Producer to join our award-winning team in the heart of Los Angeles. We create high-impact, brand-defining content for global tech and lifestyle leaders. In this role, you will own the production lifecycle from initial concept and scripting through to final color grading and distribution.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets strategy, helping us push the boundaries of digital engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production for diverse digital campaigns, including commercials, social media, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with creative directors and copywriters to refine scripts and storyboard concepts.
- Oversee on-set production, including directing talent, managing lighting setups, and ensuring technical audio quality.
- Manage post-production workflows, including advanced editing, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets while exploring new visual trends.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and freelancer coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants on best practices and technical workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in a studio or agency environment.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop).
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-end commercial or narrative video work.
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Experience with color grading software such as DaVinci Resolve.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- A degree in Film, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
