Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional video production with portfolio of award-winning work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and cinema cameras
- Proven leadership managing teams of 5+ creative professionals
- Demonstrated experience directing high-budget commercial campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital distribution platforms and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
