Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production for brand campaigns, commercials, and digital content
- Develop creative concepts and pitch decks that align with client objectives
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Oversee casting, location scouting, and logistics for shoots
- Collaborate with post-production teams to ensure high-quality final cuts
- Mentor junior producers and foster a collaborative creative culture
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong project management skills with budget oversight experience
- Exceptional storytelling and creative direction abilities
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Experience directing talent and managing on-set operations
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or related field
