Responsibilities
- Lead post-production workflows for branded content, documentaries, and social media campaigns
- Execute advanced editing techniques including color grading, VFX integration, and sound design
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual narratives that align with brand voice
- Manage asset libraries and maintain efficient project archiving systems
- Mentor junior editors while maintaining quality control across all deliverables
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (web, broadcast, mobile) with platform-specific formatting
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and 3D animation basics
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows and HDR color grading
- Proficiency in audio mixing and sound design tools
