Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production lifecycle including pre-production planning, creative direction, and post-production oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams of directors, cinematographers, editors, and animators to ensure cohesive project execution
- Develop innovative storytelling concepts aligned with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for diverse projects (commercials, documentaries, digital content)
- Collaborate with clients to refine creative briefs and deliver presentations that exceed expectations
- Stay current with emerging video technologies, trends, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in a lead producer role
- Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-budget commercial or branded content production
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Strong leadership experience directing creative teams and client stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
