As a Senior Video Producer, you'll spearhead end-to-end video production—from concept development and scripting to final editing and delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for high-profile clients across entertainment, tech, and advertising sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects while mentoring junior producers and fostering innovation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators to achieve artistic vision
- Develop innovative concepts and storyboards for diverse video formats (short films, commercials, documentaries)
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication to ensure project alignment
- Lead post-production workflows including color grading, sound design, and final delivery
- Mentor junior producers and foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging video technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio of award-winning work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and Final Cut Pro
- Proven track record managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing creative teams of 5+ members
- Exceptional storytelling ability with demonstrated understanding of narrative structure
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
