Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Direct creative teams to deliver high-impact content for diverse platforms (social, broadcast, digital)
- Manage client relationships, presenting concepts and revisions while maintaining creative vision
- Coordinate technical aspects including lighting, sound, camera operations, and post-production workflows
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production
- Mentor junior producers and freelancers to ensure consistent quality standards
- Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with demonstrated portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules for complex projects
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing creative teams
- Exceptional storytelling abilities and visual aesthetic sensibility
- Proficiency with lighting, sound, and cinematography equipment
