Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for 10+ concurrent projects
- Direct creative direction and storytelling for brand campaigns
- Coordinate with post-production teams for seamless editing and VFX
- Mentor junior producers and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Develop innovative production techniques using emerging technologies
- Present creative strategies to C-level stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience
- Proven portfolio of high-budget commercial or branded content
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and 3D animation
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Deep understanding of digital distribution platforms (YouTube, Netflix, etc.)
- Ability to manage remote teams across global time zones
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
