Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production for 15+ annual projects including commercials, documentaries, and digital campaigns
- Lead creative direction, storyboarding, and shot planning with cross-functional teams (directors, cinematographers, editors)
- Manage production budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics for domestic/international shoots
- Mentor junior producers and editors through technical skill development and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with clients to translate brand objectives into compelling visual narratives
- Implement emerging technologies (VR/AR integration, AI-assisted editing) into production pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with 2+ years in producer role
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of narrative storytelling and visual composition
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven budget management for projects exceeding $200K
- Experience directing talent and managing remote production teams
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV Production or equivalent industry certification
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with simultaneous project deadlines
