Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for diverse projects (commercials, documentaries, digital content)
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and develop compelling storyboards/scripts
- Coordinate with external vendors, talent agencies, and technical crews
- Maintain quality control across deliverables while meeting client expectations
- Mentor junior producers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating high-impact work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver complex projects on deadline
- Experience directing talent and managing on-set logistics
- Deep understanding of video production workflows, lighting, and cinematography
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid work environments with occasional on-site shoots
