Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute end-to-end video production campaigns for diverse digital platforms
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with clients to translate brand visions into compelling visual stories
- Oversee post-production workflows including color grading, sound design, and final delivery
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables while meeting aggressive deadlines
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging production technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $500K and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling principles and audience engagement metrics
- Experience directing both live-action and animated content for commercial and digital platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to shifting project requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
