Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients to define creative vision and strategic goals
- Ensure technical excellence across all deliverables (4K, HDR, VR)
- Develop innovative storytelling techniques for digital platforms
- Maintain quality control throughout post-production workflows
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- 5+ years experience in video production with 2+ in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types (ads, documentaries, social media)
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Deep understanding of digital distribution platforms (YouTube, TikTok, OTT)
- Proven ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines and budget constraints
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
