Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle from concept to final delivery, managing budgets, timelines, and resources
- Lead creative direction for branded content, social campaigns, and documentary-style projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and VFX artists
- Develop innovative production solutions for multi-platform distribution (web, broadcast, VR)
- Maintain quality control at every stage while ensuring alignment with brand vision
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with production partners
- Stay current with emerging production technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in lead producer role
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in narrative-driven commercial content
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong knowledge of cinematography principles, lighting, and sound design
- Proven ability to manage complex productions with budgets exceeding $500K
- Experience directing talent and managing creative teams in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field
- Expertise in both studio and location production logistics
