Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute video projects from script to final deliverable, ensuring brand consistency and creative vision
- Advanced editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve with proficiency in 4K workflows
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop storyboards and shot lists for complex productions
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (social, broadcast, web) with platform-specific formatting
- Manage version control and asset organization across large-scale projects
- Mentor junior editors and maintain quality standards through technical reviews
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics principles
- Experience working in fast-paced agency or production environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Arts, or related field
