Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from concept development to final delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including directors, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches for diverse platforms (social, broadcast, digital)
- Collaborate with clients to translate vision into compelling visual content
- Maintain quality control through all production phases
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio of high-impact projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Strong leadership experience directing creative teams and external vendors
- Deep understanding of video production workflows, lighting, and cinematography
- Exceptional storytelling and conceptualization abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
