Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production lifecycle including pre-production planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Manage client relationships to ensure alignment with creative vision and project goals
- Develop innovative storytelling concepts and translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives
- Maintain quality control throughout production and post-production workflows
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in video production
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate video assets across digital platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse project types
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and color grading workflows
- Experience directing live shoots and managing remote production teams
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
