Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion designers
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with CMOs to align video strategies with brand objectives
- Develop innovative storytelling techniques for digital campaigns
- Mentor junior producers and foster creative excellence
- Ensure technical quality across all deliverables (4K, HDR, VR)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating 50+ commercial/brand projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and Cinema 4D
- Proven experience managing $500K+ production budgets
- Strong understanding of digital distribution platforms (YouTube, OTT, social)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV or equivalent industry certification
