- Coordinate with post-production teams for seamless editing and VFX
- Present work to clients and stakeholders with persuasive storytelling
- Mentor junior producers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse commercial and narrative work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven ability to manage complex productions under tight deadlines
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- BA/BS in Film, Communications, or related field
