- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for multi-platform campaigns
- Collaborate with CMOs to align video strategy with brand objectives
- Drive innovation in emerging formats like 360° and interactive video
- Mentor junior producers and foster cross-departmental collaboration
Qualifications
- 7+ years in video production with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and Cinema 4D
- Proven track record of delivering premium branded content
- Exceptional storytelling and narrative development skills
- Strong project management with PMP certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse video styles and technical mastery
