Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end video production for brand campaigns, social media content, and corporate videos
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships while ensuring creative excellence
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and develop compelling storyboards/scripts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including directors, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Oversee post-production workflows including color grading, sound design, and final delivery
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables and client communications
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize future video strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Experience directing crews and managing production logistics in various environments
- Deep understanding of video trends across platforms (social, web, broadcast)
- Exceptional communication skills and client relationship management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
