- Direct on-set operations and post-production workflows
- Optimize content for social media, web, and broadcast channels
- Collaborate with clients to align creative vision with business goals
- Mentor junior producers and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in commercial/film production
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends
- Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production or related field
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
