Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with brand objectives and audience engagement goals
- Manage cross-functional teams of directors, cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Coordinate logistics including location scouting, equipment rentals, and vendor negotiations
- Ensure projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery deadlines
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and ROI for clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial/film work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Strong understanding of lighting, cinematography, and color grading principles
- Experience directing talent and managing remote production teams
- Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production or related field
- Adobe or Apple certification preferred
