Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven track record of directing commercial, documentary, or branded content projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical excellence and creative storytelling
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to handle complex productions
- Knowledge of lighting, sound design, and color grading principles
