Responsibilities
- Oversee complete video production lifecycle including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production coordination
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with brand objectives and audience engagement metrics
- Manage production schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships for diverse video projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, development) to ensure seamless project execution
- Lead quality control reviews during editing, color grading, and sound design phases
- Stay current with industry trends in cinematography, editing techniques, and emerging platforms
- Mentor junior producers and production assistants to foster team growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse project types
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and Final Cut Pro
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $100K and coordinate remote production teams
- Strong understanding of video marketing principles and platform-specific requirements (social, web, broadcast)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate creative vision into actionable production plans
- Experience with motion graphics, 3D animation, and color grading workflows
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing deadlines
