- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for 10+ video projects annually
- Lead creative briefings and stakeholder presentations
- Coordinate with directors, DPs, and post-production teams
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables
- Develop innovative video concepts aligned with brand strategies
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize production workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative and technical excellence
- Proven budget management for projects over $100k
- Experience directing crews of 5+ members
- Knowledge of 4K/8K workflows and color grading
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
