Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end post-production process for high-budget commercial, digital, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Producers to translate conceptual storyboards into compelling visual narratives.
- Perform advanced color grading and sound design to ensure cinematic quality across all project deliverables.
- Design and integrate high-end 2D/3D motion graphics and VFX to enhance storytelling.
- Manage and archive large-scale project assets and media libraries within a high-speed NAS environment.
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to the optimization of post-production workflows.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, implementing AI-assisted editing tools and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in video editing within a top-tier agency or production house.
- Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Extensive experience with DaVinci Resolve for professional-grade color correction and finishing.
- A world-class portfolio or demo reel demonstrating a sophisticated eye for pacing, rhythm, and narrative structure.
- Deep technical knowledge of codecs, delivery specifications, and social media platform optimization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong collaborative spirit with the ability to take creative direction and offer innovative solutions.
