Lumina Creative Studio is seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor to join our award-winning production team in the heart of Los Angeles. We create high-impact visual content for global brands, and we need someone who can blend technical precision with artistic flair.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of our campaigns, working on everything from high-energy commercial spots to long-form documentary content. If you are obsessed with pacing, color grading, and seamless motion graphics, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for diverse digital and broadcast platforms.
- Collaborate with directors and producers to refine the creative vision of each project.
- Execute advanced color correction and sound design to elevate production value.
- Create custom motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects.
- Manage end-to-end post-production workflows from initial assembly to final export.
- Optimize assets for multi-platform delivery (social, web, broadcast).
- Mentor junior editors and maintain technical standards across the studio.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency or studio setting.
- Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in pacing, storytelling, and motion design.
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for color grading is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Experience with sound mixing and audio restoration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent professional experience.
