Responsibilities
- Lead the post-production workflow for a diverse range of video projects, from concept to final delivery.
- Edit raw footage into highly engaging and polished videos, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to project goals.
- Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, sound design, and music to elevate the overall quality and impact of content.
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, designers, and marketing teams to translate creative visions into reality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our video production capabilities.
- Provide creative input and strategic recommendations to optimize video performance and viewer engagement.
- Oversee file management, archiving, and version control processes for all video assets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition. Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of high-quality video projects, including commercial, narrative, or social content.
- Advanced understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, visual composition, and sound design.
- Proven ability in color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics creation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and provide constructive feedback.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and an ability to thrive under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
