Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
  • Edit raw footage into compelling and cohesive video content across various platforms and formats (e.g., social media, broadcast, web).
  • Apply advanced color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance overall production quality.
  • Manage and mentor junior editors, providing guidance, feedback, and technical support.
  • Maintain impeccable organization of project files, assets, and archival systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency or production studio environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
  • Demonstrable experience with color grading software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve) is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability, with a keen eye for pacing, rhythm, and narrative structure.
