Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for digital campaigns, social media, and broadcast commercials.
- Collaborate with producers and directors to establish creative direction and narrative structure.
- Perform color correction and color grading to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
- Execute advanced sound design, audio mixing, and music sourcing to enhance emotional impact.
- Manage complex project files, version control, and render pipelines efficiently.
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to the evolution of our studio's creative workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to codecs, formats, and export specifications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in storytelling, pacing, and visual style.
- Deep understanding of digital asset management and server-based collaborative workflows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent practical experience.
