Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for commercial, social, and long-form digital projects.
- Manage the entire post-production workflow, including ingestion, rough cuts, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize visual storytelling strategies.
- Perform expert-level color grading and sound design to elevate production value.
- Mentor junior editors and maintain organized project assets across shared servers.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specifications for multi-platform distribution.
- Stay current with industry trends, new editing techniques, and cutting-edge post-production software.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency or studio environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, narrative pacing, and visual composition.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating commercial-grade editing and high production value.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of technical formats, codecs, and frame rates.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
