Responsibilities
- Transform raw footage into polished final cuts using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop storyboards and editing concepts
- Design motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading that elevate narrative impact
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (social, broadcast, web) with platform-specific formatting
- Manage asset libraries and maintain organized project workflows
- Coordinate with audio engineers to ensure seamless sound design integration
- Stay current with emerging video trends and editing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Advanced understanding of color theory, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D animation (Cinema 4D/Blender preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate creative decisions
