Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for commercial, social, and long-form digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the production team to develop storyboards, rough cuts, and final masters.
- Perform advanced color grading and motion graphics integration to elevate visual aesthetics.
- Manage complex project files, ensuring efficient workflows and version control.
- Source, edit, and mix high-fidelity audio tracks to complement visual narratives.
- Stay current with industry trends, software advancements, and cutting-edge visual techniques.
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to the growth of our creative post-production culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency or studio environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and visual pacing.
- Deep understanding of color science, frame rates, and export codecs for multi-platform delivery.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, or equivalent professional experience.
