You will be instrumental in shaping our post-production workflow, working on a diverse range of projects from high-octane commercial spots to long-form digital documentaries.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of post-production, from initial assembly to final color grade and sound mix.
- Collaborate closely with directors and creative leads to execute the artistic vision.
- Manage complex project files, assets, and version control in a high-pressure environment.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, incorporating innovative editing techniques into workflows.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback during review cycles.
- Optimize media assets for multi-platform distribution (YouTube, Social Media, Broadcast).
- Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality control standards and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and music narrative.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated motion graphics and technical precision.
- Ability to work autonomously while handling tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with color grading and audio mastering tools is highly preferred.
- Degree in Film Production, Communications, or relevant professional experience.
