Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final cuts using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
- Design and implement motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading with After Effects
- Collaborate with creative directors to align editing style with project vision and brand guidelines
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Optimize video content for diverse platforms (social, broadcast, digital)
- Mentor junior editors and maintain quality control standards
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Advanced knowledge of color grading (DaVinci Resolve) and audio mixing
- Strong storytelling ability with attention to pacing and visual composition
- Experience working in fast-paced agency or production environment
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with 4K/8K workflows and HDR color standards
