You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and researchers to own the design lifecycle from concept to production-ready assets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for core platform features.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Maintain and evolve our enterprise-grade design system.
- Facilitate cross-functional design sprints and brainstorming workshops.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or interaction design.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating complex web or mobile application work.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
