Apex Digital Studio is seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team in San Francisco. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity visual design and developer handoff.
- Develop and maintain a robust, scalable multi-platform design system in Figma to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define project scope, requirements, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct user testing sessions, synthesize feedback, and iterate on design solutions based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction models, user flows, and animations to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of feedback and design excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or equivalent role in a fast-paced environment.
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing clean visual design, seamless user flows, and complex problem-solving capabilities.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced auto-layout, components, and design token structures.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and scaling product design systems across web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of user-centric design methodologies, user research practices, and usability standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
