Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and deployment of production-grade machine learning and deep learning models.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate predictive models into core features.
- Extract, clean, and analyze high-velocity, high-volume datasets to identify hidden patterns and actionable business opportunities.
- Architect and implement robust MLOps workflows to streamline continuous model training, testing, and deployment.
- Design, monitor, and analyze advanced A/B experiments to rigorously measure algorithm performance and business impact.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and scientific excellence.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a highly quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of deploying predictive models into production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, along with deep familiarity with packages like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.
- Extensive experience with modern deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong command of big data architectures and query tools such as Apache Spark, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Outstanding communication skills with the unique ability to translate complex quantitative results into strategic business narratives.
