Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a comprehensive design system to drive consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct user testing and usability studies to validate design hypotheses and iterate based on feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interaction design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, specifically for web and mobile applications.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex user flows, design system work, and data-driven results.
- Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern front-end capabilities.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
