Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and user research to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all product lines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback.
- Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for design-centric culture within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
- A powerful portfolio showcasing deep product design thinking and polished visual execution.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of modern web technologies, grid systems, and responsive design patterns.
- Experience utilizing data analytics tools (Hotjar, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the 'why' behind design choices.
- Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
