Job Description

Are you a visionary designer who obsessed over the intersection of aesthetics and functionality? PixelCraft Studio is looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to help shape the next generation of enterprise SaaS platforms. You will work within a high-performing product squad to translate complex user needs into seamless, intuitive interfaces that delight users.

We value craft, data-driven decisions, and the ability to articulate design strategy to cross-functional stakeholders. If you want to own the end-to-end design lifecycle, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and user research to high-fidelity prototyping.
  • Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect UI designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all product lines.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback.
  • Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Mentor junior designers and advocate for design-centric culture within the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
  • A powerful portfolio showcasing deep product design thinking and polished visual execution.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of modern web technologies, grid systems, and responsive design patterns.
  • Experience utilizing data analytics tools (Hotjar, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the 'why' behind design choices.
  • Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
