You will work alongside a collaborative group of product managers, developers, and researchers in our modern downtown San Francisco studio, backed by hybrid flexibility and premium benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff.
- Establish, scale, and maintain our multi-platform digital design system for brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate complex requirements into elegant, intuitive user journeys.
- Conduct user testing and quantitative research to analyze behavior and optimize conversion rates.
- Create interactive prototypes to pitch design concepts internally and validate assumptions with users.
- Mentor junior design team members and advocate for UX best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or equivalent role.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design case studies with measurable business impact.
- Expertise in industry-standard design tools, primarily Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Deep understanding of responsive web design, mobile-first strategies, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Proven ability to translate complex data and analytics into user-centered design solutions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholder groups.
