Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-quality digital and print assets, including web graphics, social media content, marketing collateral, and packaging.
- Lead the visual ideation process from wireframe to final execution, ensuring all deliverables align with client brand guidelines.
- Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, copywriting, and product teams to translate strategic goals into stunning visual solutions.
- Maintain and evolve comprehensive brand identity systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind your creative decisions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing innovative design techniques and tools to the creative team.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring final outputs are pixel-perfect and ready for deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an agency or creative studio.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and strong familiarity with Figma.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in motion graphics or basic UI/UX principles is a major plus.
